The Villa

Dreamhouse One is a new property located in Playacar, one of the safest and most exclusive gated communities in Playa del Carmen. Excellent location 10 minutes from the beach and 5th Avenue by car. Ideal to enjoy moments with family or friends, it can comfortably accommodate up to 21 people with 7 bedrooms.

The sixth bathroom is located on the ground floor, opposite the gymnasium, it does not have a shower.

Chef Service

There is a public access to the beach within Playacar, it is located next to the Reef hotel, you can access it with the bracelet that we will provide you within a schedule from 7 am to 7 pm.
It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and is a 20 minute walk from the property, 10 minutes by bike and 3 minutes by car.

On arrival, identity documents of the account holder and of the persons who will be staying, excluding minors, will be requested in order to check in.
